JS11-G1C Magnetic Analyzer

The JS11-G1C Magnetic Analyzer is designed for high-sensitivity measurement of trace magnetic response in granular, powder and fine-powder materials. It combines 0.1 ppm resolution, touchscreen operation and adjustable sample weight in a compact benchtop instrument.

Higher sensitivity for low-level magnetic response measurement.

The JS11-G1C is designed for measurement of trace magnetic substances in granular and fine-powder materials, including magnetic components associated with iron, manganese, nickel, cobalt and other materials.

Real-world samples can contain multiple magnetically responsive substances with significantly different magnetic susceptibility. The instrument therefore evaluates the combined magnetization effect generated by the magnetic components present in the sample.

The measured magnetic response is compared with the response produced by a reference quantity of pure iron powder. Results are expressed as the equivalent percentage or ppm of pure iron that would generate the same magnetic response.

The JS11-G1C incorporates high-performance magnetic shielding, sensitive sensing components and integrated data processing to support stable measurement with strong resistance to external interference. For users of the MA-1040 Magnetic Analyzer (old Buck Analyzer), the JS11-G1C offers a higher-sensitivity, touchscreen-based alternative for suitable measurement ranges.

Compared with the standard JS11-G1, the JS11-G1C provides finer resolution and a measurement range centered around zero for applications requiring more sensitive detection of small magnetic responses.

Combined magnetization measurement

Multiple magnetic substances may be present in the same sample, and their individual magnetic susceptibilities can vary considerably. The JS11-G1C measures the combined magnetization effect generated by the sample rather than separately identifying each magnetic component.

This magnetic response is compared with the response produced by a known quantity of pure iron powder. The result is then expressed as an equivalent pure-iron percentage or ppm value.
